Twin Sausage Casseroles

Ingredients
  Canned sliced mushrooms 16 Ounce (1 can)
  Chicken bouillon cubes 6
  Pork sausage 1 Pound
  Beef 1 Pound, ground
  Celery 2 Cup (32 tbs), finely chopped
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Marjoram leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Long grain rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Open the canned mushrooms and drain
2) Add water to the liquid measuring about 5 cups and the chicken cubes
3) Heat gently over a low flame to dissolve the cubes
4) Mix together the sausage and beef, celery, green pepper, salt, marjoram leaves, pepper and the grated cheese
5) Into two 2 quart casseroles, portion the mixtures
6) Portion half of the hot bouiliion over each casserole
7) Stir to mix well
8) Bake in the oven for 350 F for 15minutes
9) Take out from the oven and allow to cool
10) Place in the refrigerator to chill
11) Once chilled thoroughly, wrap into foil
12) Label appropriately
13) To serve remove the wrapping and place into a casserole
14) Bake in the oven for 1 1/2 hours at 350 F

SERVING
15) Serve the dish warm
