No Bake Low Calorie Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients
  Pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sweet potatoes 3 Cup (48 tbs), peeled and chopped
  Water/Barley water / almond milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dates 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Soaked For 20 Minutes)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Vanilla powder 1 Dash
Directions

Line a casserole dish with your choice of fruit.

Put potatoes, water/milk, soaked dates, cinnamon and vanilla in processor and puree till smooth. Pour over fruit into a casserole dish.

Sprinkle pecans over the potato mixture. Eat now or warm in the dehydrator at 105 degrees F for 2 hours until warm.
