Ham and Potato Casserole
|Chopped green pepper||3 Tablespoon|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cubed cooked ham||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Cubed cooked potatoes/Sliced cooked potatoes||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Shredded processed american cheese||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Cook onion and green pepper in butter about 5 minutes.
Stir in flour.
Add milk, salt, and pepper.
Stir, cooking constantly until mixture is thickened.
Add ham and potatoes.
Pour into a 2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in a moderate oven (350°F.) about 25 to 30 minutes.
