Egg Casserole With Ham
|Ham||4 Ounce, diced|
|Green onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced|
|Monterey jack cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded|
|Eggs||12 , lightly beaten|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. In an 11X7 -€“ inch baking dish, add diced ham and spread, sliced green onions and shredded cheese.
2. In a mixing bowl, blend together, eggs, milk, cream and pepper.
3. Pour this egg mix over the cheese in the baking dish.
4. Bake the casserole at 200 degrees centigrade for about 45 minutes, until set.
5. Serve hot.
