Cauliflower Casserole

Ingredients
  Dried minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Chicken bouillon 3 Tablespoon
  Imitation butter flavoring 1 Teaspoon (optional)
  Cauliflower/Frozen cauliflower - 2 packages (about 9 ounces each), cooked 1 Medium, cooked
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste, freshly ground
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a bowl, mix onion, bouillon and butter flavouring.
3. Drain cooked cauliflower and using a fork mash it finely or using a blender process it briefly.
4. Add the onion mixture to the mashed cauliflower and mix well.

MAKING
5. In individual baking dishes or a big baking dish, spoon the cauliflower mixture.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until slightly crusty on top.

SERVING
7. Serve Cauliflower Casserole alongside a meat dish or serve alone for a complete meal.
