Baked Clam in Mushroom Sauce
|Clams||2 Can (20 oz)|
|Melted butter||1⁄4 Pound|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Corn flakes||10 Gram|
1) Preheat oven to 375° F.
2) Take a large bowl and combine saltines and clams in it.
3) Stir in milk, butter, eggs and soup. Mix nicely.
4) Turn the mixture into a baking dish.
5) Top with corn flakes and place the baking dish in a pan of water.
6) Bake for about 1 hour.
7) Garnish with cheese, if desired. Serve hot.
