Flavourful Tuna Casserole

Ingredients
  Canned tuna 4 Ounce, drained, flaked
  Enriched white bread slice 1
  Sage powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fish bouillon cube 1⁄2
  Celery heart and leaves 1 Large, chopped
  Dried onion flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Green pepper 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2) Coat the baking dish with 1 tablespoon of butter.
3) Tear the bread in small slices.
4) In a bowl marinate tuna with powdered sage.

MAKING
5) In skillet, bring to boil, water, bouillon, celery, onion, salt and pepper (if using).
6) Simmer the bouillon mixture for 5 minutes or until celery is tender.
7) Stir in the tuna mixture, bread pieces in the bouillon mixture.
8) Cook the mixture for 5 minutes or until the mixture sticks together.
9) Sprinkle little water if required.
10) Remove the mixture into baking dish.
11) Bake in oven for 35 minute or until it get a golden crust.

SERVING
12) Serve hot with toasted garlic bread.
