Sauce For Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
  Orange juice 3 Cup (48 tbs), freshly squeezed
  Raisins 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Canned crushed pineapple 10 Ounce (1 large can)
  Sugar 6 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 3 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry white wine 500 Milliliter (Chablis, 1 small bottle)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, combine all the ingredients together, mix thoroughly.

SERVING
2) Use the sauce for the baked chicken casserole as required.
