Lamb Chops And Shallots In Casserole
|Lamb loin chops||4 (Use Thick Ones)|
|Shallots||6 , thinly sliced|
|Light cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
1 In a shallow casserole, place the chops.
2 Cover with shallots and add the cream.
3 Add salt and pepper for seasoning and sprinkle with cheese.
4 Bake, uncovered in a preheated oven at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 1 hour.
5 Serve hot.
