Sunshine Rice Casserole
|Cooked rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Carrots||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), finely grated|
|American cheese||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs), grated|
|Eggs||2 , well beaten|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Onion powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Butter/Margarine||1 Tablespoon, melted|
1. In a bowl combine all ingredients and toss well but lightly together.
2. Butter a 1 1/2 quart casserole and place the combined ingredients into it.
3. Cover and bake in a slow oven (325° F.) for 45 minutes.
4. Serve the dish with garnish as desired.
