Nutty Chicken Casserole
|Butter||1 Teaspoon (For Greasing)|
|Sliced cooked chicken||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Cream of mushroom soup||15 Ounce, frozen, thawed (1 Box)|
|Salted roasted cashews||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Low sodium chicken broth||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Frozen chopped onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chow mein noodles||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Wide)|
1. Place rack in lower third of the oven and heat the oven to 350°F. Butter a 9-inch-square glass baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, soup, cashews, broth, celery, and onion and toss until mixed. Transfer to prepared dish. Sprinkle chow mein noodles on top and bake until heated through, about 30 minutes.
