Bacon 'N' Egg Casserole

Ingredients
  White bread slice 2 , toasted and cubed
  Swiss cheese/Cheddar cheese 4 Ounce, shredded
  Canadian style bacon 4 Ounce, cut into 1/2 inch squares
  Skim milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Eggs 4
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 350° F
2. Spray a coat of nonstick cooking spray on a 8"X8"X2" baking pan

MAKING
3. On the bottom and up the sides of the pie plate, arrange the bread cubes in a single layer
4. On top, arrange a single of two ounces of bacon
5. In a medium bowl, beat together the milk, eggs and seasonings and pour it over the pan, sprinkling with the remaining bacon
6. Bake for fifty minutes until it passes the cake test

SERVING
7. Serve as appropriate
