Mushroom Chicken Casserole
|Cooking oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Mushrooms||1⁄2 Pint, sliced|
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Cream of mushroom soup||10 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Canned cream of mushroom soup||10 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Chicken broth||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Diced cooked chicken||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Soya sauce||1 Tablespoon|
Saute sliced mushrooms and onion in oil over medium heat until golden - about 5 minutes.
Add soup, broth, chicken and soya sauce.
Mix well and place in casserole.
Cover with 1/2 cup crushed potato chips.
Heat in 350Â°F oven until bubbly, approximately 20 minutes.
Serve with green salad and crisp rolls.
