Rich Scallop Casserole

Ingredients
  Scallops 1 Pound
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
  Cream of mushroom soup 10 Ounce
  Buttered bread 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), cubed, 1/2" size
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

MAKING
2.In a pot filled with water, add the scallops and salt.
3.The scallops can be cut into half if they are big.
4.Once cooked, drain the scallops.
5.In a saucepan, melt some butter.
6. Add in onion and celery and saute.
7.Now add the mushroom soup.
8.In the casserole dish put in scallop mixture.
9.Layer with cheese.
10. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
11. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

SERVING
12. Serve warm.
