Tuna Casserole

Ingredients
  Corn oil 2 Teaspoon
  Mushrooms 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Onion 1
  Celery stalk 1 , chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Basil 2 Tablespoon
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Brown rice 4 Cup (64 tbs), cooked
  Water packed tuna 6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained
  Poached fish fillets 1⁄2 Pound, flaked
  Mild hard cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
  Cauliflower white sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Or To Taste)
  Parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F

MAKING
2. In a large skillet, heat oil and saute mushrooms, onion, celery, garlic and herbs till the vegetables turn very tender
3. In a miixing bowl, mix together the rice, tuna and fish; mix mushroom mixture into it till well blended
4. Add this mixture into a deep casserole dish, sprinkle with grated cheese, cover with Cauliflower white sauce, sprinkle Parmesan on top adn bake for forty five minutes

SERVING
5. Serve as appropriate
