|Cooked ham||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), cut up|
|Grated sharp cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Superior Variety)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Cooked rice||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Cracker crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine in pan ham, cheese, soup, milk, onion, mustard and cayenne.
Heat until blended.
Put a layer of rice in bottom of casserole.
Top with layer of ham mixture, then layer of rice.
Continue until all are used, ending with layer of ham.
Sprinkle with crumbs.
Dot with butter.
Bake in 375Â°F oven, 30-40 minutes, or until bubbling and browned on top.
