Seafood Casserole With Velveeta
|Flour||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Whole milk||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Velveeta cheese||1 Pound|
|Diagonally cut celery||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Celery||3 Cup (48 tbs), cut diagonally|
|Chopped onion||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|White fish||1 Pound (Use Sole, Haddock Or Cod)|
Melt butter in top of double boiler.
Add flour, stir until bubbly.
Add milk and cook until thickened.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add Velveeta, cut up.
Stir until melted.
Saute celery and onion in butter.
Cut up fish, cut scallops in half, cut lobster in bite size pieces.
Add to sauce and put in large baking dish.
Bake at 350Â°F for 1/2 hour, until brown and bubbly.
