Seafood Casserole With Velveeta

Ingredients
  Flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Whole milk 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Velveeta cheese 1 Pound
  Diagonally cut celery 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Celery 3 Cup (48 tbs), cut diagonally
  Chopped onion 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  White fish 1 Pound (Use Sole, Haddock Or Cod)
  Scallops 1 Pound
  Lobster 1⁄2 Pound
  Crab 1⁄2 Pound
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Melt butter in top of double boiler.
Add flour, stir until bubbly.
Add milk and cook until thickened.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add Velveeta, cut up.
Stir until melted.
Saute celery and onion in butter.
Cut up fish, cut scallops in half, cut lobster in bite size pieces.
Add to sauce and put in large baking dish.
Bake at 350°F for 1/2 hour, until brown and bubbly.
