Easy Cheesy Casserole

Ingredients
  Diet margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cooked lean ham 1 Pound, trimmed of fat and chopped
  Grated american cheese/Cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Finely crushed cracker crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Skim milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Prepared mustard 2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a nonstick skillet, melt the margarine and saute onions in it till light brown in colour
2. In an oven safe casserole, mix in all the rest of the ingredients; add sauteed onions and mix them too
3. Bake it in an oven preheated to 350°F till an inserted knife blade comes out clean

SERVING
4. Serve as appropriate
