Creamed Corn Casserole
|Soda cracker crumbs||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Cream style corn||17 Ounce|
|Canned cream style corn||17 Ounce (1 Can)|
1) In a 1-quart glass casserole, melt the butter for 30 seconds., then stir in the cracker crumbs, corn, egg, salt, and pepper, mix well.
2) Cook in the microwave for 4 to 6 minutes, stir halfway during the cooking.
3) Then allow to rest for 5 minutes.
4) Serve immediately on individual serving plates.
