Rice With Vegetables

Ingredients
  Water/Stock 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Long grain rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tomatoes 2 Small, chopped, discard seeds
  Green onions 2 , chopped
  Celery stalks 2 , chopped
  Stuffed green olives 6 , chopped
Directions

MAKING
1. In a covered 4-quart casserole, heat water to boiling on High for 4-1/2 minutes.
2. Add rice, butter or margarine and salt.
3. Cover.
4. Cook on High for 10 to 11 minutes.
5. With a fork, fold chopped vegetables into cooked rice.
6. Let it stand, covered, for 10 minutes.

SERVING
7. Serve hot.
