Celery Rice Casserole

Ingredients
  Boiling chicken broth 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Uncooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Celery 3 Cup (48 tbs), sliced 1/2-inch thick
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Marjoram 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Celery leaves 1 Tablespoon, chopped (For Garnish)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven at 400°
MAKING
2) Using bulb-type baster skim fat from broth.
3) In a 2-quart casserole mix all ingredients.
4) Cover and bake for about 30 minutes till rice is tender.
5) Garnish with chopped celery leaves.

SERVING
6) Serve hot.
