Egg And Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
  Small curd cottage cheese 24 Ounce (1 Carton)
  Broccoli 10 Ounce, frozen chopped, thawed and drained (1 Package)
  Cheddar cheese 8 Ounce, shredded (2 Cups)
  Eggs 6 , beaten
  Flour 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
  Onion 3 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Combine first 8 ingredients, pour into greased slow cooker and cook with cover on High for 1 hour.
2. Stir, reduce heat to Low and with cover cook for 2 1/2-3 hours such that temperature reaches 160° and eggs are set.

SERVING
3. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
