Squash Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
  Pattypan squash 2 , sliced
  Tomatoes 2 , sliced
  Canned cream style corn 12 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Green onions 3 , chopped
  Low fat american cheese slices 4 Ounce (6 Slices, 2/3-Oz. Each)
  Chopped cilantro 2 Teaspoon (Chinese Parsley)
  Dried leaf oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Dried marjoram leaf 1 Teaspoon
  Crookneck squash 2 , sliced
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 350F (175C).

MAKING
2) Use a 2-quart casserole to spray with vegetable cooking spray.
3) Place squash, tomatoes, corn and green onions.
4) Cover with a lid and place inside oven to bake for 20 minutes.
5) Layer the cheese slices over the vegetables.
6) In a bowl, mix cilantro, oregano and marjoram.
7) Sprinkle the herb mixture on top of the cheese.
8) Place the casserole inside the oven without putting the cover to bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
9) Season to taste with salt and pepper.

SERVING
10) Serve the casserole warm by sprinkling fresh herbs on top.
