Ham Casserole With Sherry

Ingredients
  Ground ham 4 Cup (64 tbs) (Leftover)
  Sherry 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , well beaten
  Cooked rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Tomatoes 2 , chopped
  Diced green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated onion 1 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire 1 Teaspoon
  Soft bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. Combine the leftover ham, sherry, eggs, cooked rice, tomatoes, green pepper, cream, onions, mustard, and Worcestershire.
2. Grease a casserole and tip this mixture into the casserole
3. Toss the crumbs with butter
4. Sprinkle the top of the casserole with buttered crumbs and paprika
5. Bake the mixture in a moderate oven (350°) for 45 minutes

SERVING
6. Serve hot
