Crispy-Topped Cauliflower Casserole

Cauliflower is an amazing vegetable with beautiful taste. This crispy cauliflower recipe only adds to the cauliflower dish. This crispy-topped cauliflower casserole is one such tasty healthy creation.
Ingredients
  Cauliflower 1 Large
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  White wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green pepper 1⁄2
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Cheddar cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  French fried onion rings 1⁄2 Can (5 oz)
Directions

MAKING
1)In a saucepan, add boiling water and cook for 15 minutes or just until tender. Drain.
2)In a small saucepan, heat butter and sauté flour. Add milk, wine, green pepper, onion and 1/2 cup water.
3)Cook until thickened, stir constantly.
4)Then, add almonds, salt and pepper.
5)Take a greased baking dish and spread cauliflower.
6)Pour the sauce and sprinkle cheese
7)Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
8)Spread onion rings and bake for 5 more minutes.

SERVING
9)Serve crispy topped cauliflower casserole hot.
