Savory Vegetable Casserole

Savory vegetable casserole is a dish especially for all the vegetarians. It is so simple to make and tastes amazing. It also has the pluses of the vegetables, cheese and milk. The beauty of the recipe is that you can change the high calorie with low calorie options.
Ingredients
  Frozen cauliflower 10 Ounce
  Frozen broccoli spears 10 Ounce
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Seasoned salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Onion 1 Teaspoon
  Pimento 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cheddar cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cracker crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1)Prepare cauliflower and broccoli separately as per package directions. Drain.
2)In a small saucepan, heat butter and add flour, salt, seasoned salt, pepper and monosodium glutamate.
3)Then, slowly add milk and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
4)Fold in onion, pimento and cheese. Stir until cheese melts.
5)In a baking dish, arrange cauliflower, broccoli and sauce in layers and cover with cracker crumbs.
6)Now, sprinkle paprika and bake at 350 degrees until vegetables are heated through and sauce is bubbly.

SERVING
7)Serve the vegetable casserole hot.
