Sharon's Chicken And Rice Casserole
|Canned cream of celery soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Canned sliced mushrooms||2 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)|
|Raw long grain rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Long grain rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Raw)|
|Chicken breast halves||2 , skinned and boned|
|Dry onion soup mix||1 Tablespoon|
1) In a greased slow cooker, combine soup, mushrooms, and rice.
2) Mix well and then arrange chicken breasts in layers over the mixture.
3) Pour onion soup on top, cover, and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
4) Garnish and serve.
