Cod Casserole

Ingredients
  Cod steak 4
  Onion 1
  Green pepper 1⁄2 , finely chopped
  Ripe tomatoes 3 , skinned and sliced
  Peeled chopped cucumber 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 1⁄2 Ounce
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Pint (150 Milliliter)
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Pre-heat the oven to 350°F/180°C/Gas 4.

MAKING
2) In a colander, mix a little salt with cucumber and leave to drain for 20 minutes.
Dry well.
3) Take a baking dish and butter it. Layer the bottom with chopped onion, pepper and cucumber.
4) Place the sliced tomatoes on top of this layer. Line the cod steaks on top. Season with paprika, salt and pepper.
5) In a bowl, mix the cream and paprika and pour it over the fish.
6) Bake in oven for 25 minutes.

SERVING
7) Serve hot in individual plates.
