Creamy Corn Casserole

Ingredients
  Margarine 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Corn 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked, drained
  Flour 1 Teaspoon
  Chicken bouillon 1 Teaspoon, powdered
  Low fat cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried chives 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon, seasoned
  Green pepper To Taste, garnish
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 325 °F.
2) In a bowl, mix melted margarine and flour to make a smooth paste.
3) In a blender, blend the cottage cheese without adding any water and transfer to another bowl.

MAKING
4) To the blended cheese add cooked corn kernels, margarine-flour paste, mustard, chives, parsley, salt and chicken bouillon and mix well.
5) Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.

SERVING
6) Garnish the Creamy Corn Casserole with sliced green pepper or pimiento.
