Baked Chicken And Stuffing Casserole

Ingredients
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sage 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cooked peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chicken/Turkey 2 Cup (32 tbs), diced (Cooked)
  Onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), finely chopped
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted
  Bread cubes 5 Cup (80 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, melt some butter, add in the onion and simmer till tender
2) In a bowl mix together the bread cubes, salt, pepper and the sage
3) Add in the onion mixture to it to combine
4) In a 2 quart saucepan, combine the milk and cornstarch and blend well
5) Add in the chicken broth and bring to a boil over a medium heat
6) Stir continuously
7) Add in the peas and chicken to the sauce
8) Place half the mixture in a greased 8 inch square baking dish
9) Place half of the chicken mixture over it
10) Repeat the layers till the stuffing mixture comes on top
11) Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 350F

SERVING
12) Serve the dish warm
