Broccoli And Ham Casserole
|Frozen chopped broccoli||10 Ounce|
|American cheese||3⁄4 Pound, sliced|
|Cooked ham||2 Cup (32 tbs), diced|
|Eggs||6 , slightly beaten|
|Milk||3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)|
|Dry minced onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1)Cook broccoli as per package directions and drain.
2)Cut bread with doughnut cutter and reserve holes and doughnuts.
3)Tear remaining bread into bite-sized pieces.
5)Take a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and put bread pieces.
6)Then, make layers of cheese, broccoli and ham over bread.
7)Top with reserved doughnuts and holes.
8)In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients and spread over layers.
9)Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
10)Bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes.
11)Serve the broccoli and ham casserole hot.
