Corn Plus Protein Casserole

Ingredients
  Skim milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Peppers 2 (Red / Green Variety)
  Corn 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), drained (Canned / Cooked Frozen)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Butter flavored salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Pinch
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 325° F.

MAKING
2. In a saucepan, scald milk.
3. Add rest of the ingredients to the milk and stir to mix.
4. Pour the mixture into a casserole.
5. Bake for about 75 minutes.

SERVING
6. Serve hot.

TIPS
Insert a knife at the center, if it comes out clean it means the dish is ready.
