Mushroom Casserole

Ingredients
  Medium mushrooms 1 Pound (Whole)
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Tomatoes 2 , quartered
  Lemon peel 1 Tablespoon
  Dried leaf oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dill weed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sunflower seeds 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to350F (175C).
2) Use a damp cloth or paper towel to wipe the mushrooms.
3) Trim off the stems.

MAKING
4) Use a baking dish to spray with olive-oil cooking spray.
5) Place mushrooms, onions and tomatoes in prepared dish.
6) Sprinkle with lemon peel, oregano, dill weed, garlic powder and sunflower seeds.
7) Place inside oven without the cover to bake for about 20 minutes.

SERVING
8) Serve immediately with freshly cut lemon slices.
