Green Rice Casserole With American Cheese
|Cooked rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Frozen chopped broccoli||10 Ounce, cooked (1 Package)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Shredded pasteurized process american cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
1. Cook rice and broccolis and set it aside.
2. Take a 1 ½ -quart glass casserole and add butter and onion to it. Microwave it for 4 minutes at high by stirring it once. Keep the casserole uncovered.
3. Blend the cooked rice, soup, broccoli with the onion –butter mixture and combine them well. Spray the cheese over the top. Cover it with all-glass lid or wrap it with plastic.
4. Microwave it for 10 minutes at High, and rotate the casserole halfway to one-quarter turn during the cooking period.
5. Serve as required.
