Lamb Chop Casserole

1) Trim the chops and lightly season them. In a greased ovenproof casserole, place the seasoned chops and cover with the onions.
2) Blend together the flour and gravy thickening powder in a small basin and add just enough cold water to make a thin paste.
3) In a saucepan, bring the remaining water to a boil and then pour onto the mixture, stirring well. Put the mixture back in the pan and bring to a boil, constantly stirring, till the mixture has thickened.
4) Over the contents of the casserole, pour the gravy and allow it to cool. Cover and store in the fridge.
5) Serve as preferred.
