2) Use a 2-qt. baking dish to place 2 c. potatoes.
3) Season the potatoes with half the salt, pepper, flour, onion, green pepper, and bits of butter.
4) Repeat the process with rest of the potatoes.
5) Pour in sufficient milk to see between the top slices.
6) Arrange pork chops or ham on top.
7) Place inside oven and bake for 1-1 1/2 hours.
