Pork Chop Or Ham Casserole

Ingredients
  Potatoes 4 Cup (64 tbs), sliced
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Unbleached flour 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Green pepper/Parsley 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped
  Bacon fat/Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Pork shoulder/Loin pork chops 4
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 350°.

MAKING
2) Use a 2-qt. baking dish to place 2 c. potatoes.
3) Season the potatoes with half the salt, pepper, flour, onion, green pepper, and bits of butter.
4) Repeat the process with rest of the potatoes.
5) Pour in sufficient milk to see between the top slices.
6) Arrange pork chops or ham on top.
7) Place inside oven and bake for 1-1 1/2 hours.

SERVING
8) Serve the casserole with bread rolls.
