Easy Potato Casserole

Ingredients
  Frozen shredded hash brown potatoes 32 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned cream of potato soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (Undiluted, 1 Can)
  Canned cream of celery soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (Undiluted, 1 Can)
  Commercial sour cream 8 Ounce (1 Carton)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Shredded monterey jack cheese 4 Ounce (1 Cup)
Directions

MAKING
1. Mix hash brown potatoes, onion, green pepper, potato soup, celery soup, sour cream, salt and pepper.
2. Take a 2 quart casserole, put the mixture in it and bake for 75 minutes.
3. Season with cheese and bake for 15 more minutes.

SERVING
4. Serve warm
