Easy Chicken And Rice Casserole
|Rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cream of mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Onion soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Chicken broth||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
|Red pepper||To Taste|
Wash 2 cups rice until water is clear.
Add cream of mushroom soup, onion soup and chicken broth.
You should have enough liquid to equal 4 cups.
You may need to add a little water.
Bake in a covered casserole at 350 degrees until rice is cooked.
A little black and red pepper may be added to taste.
Serves 8 to 10.
