Cheddar Turkey Casserole
|Packaged precooked rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Instant minced onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Frozen green peas||5 Ounce, thawed and broken apart to make 1 cup (1/2 Of A 10 Ounce Package)|
|Cooked turkey slices/2 cups diced cooked turkey||6|
|Condensed cheddar cheese soup||11 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Crushed cheese crackers||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Rich Round Type)|
|Butter/Margarine||3 Tablespoon, melted|
Prepare rice according to package directions, adding the instant minced onion to the boiling water.
Fluff cooked rice with a fork and spread in a greased 10x6x1 1/2-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with peas, then cover with turkey.
Blend soup and milk; pour evenly over the turkey.
Combine crumbs and butter; sprinkle over casserole.
Bake in moderate oven (350°) for 35 minutes or till heated through.
