Cheddar Turkey Casserole

Ingredients
  Packaged precooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Instant minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Frozen green peas 5 Ounce, thawed and broken apart to make 1 cup (1/2 Of A 10 Ounce Package)
  Cooked turkey slices/2 cups diced cooked turkey 6
  Condensed cheddar cheese soup 11 Ounce (1 Can)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Crushed cheese crackers 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Rich Round Type)
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon, melted
Directions

Prepare rice according to package directions, adding the instant minced onion to the boiling water.
Fluff cooked rice with a fork and spread in a greased 10x6x1 1/2-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with peas, then cover with turkey.
Blend soup and milk; pour evenly over the turkey.
Combine crumbs and butter; sprinkle over casserole.
Bake in moderate oven (350°) for 35 minutes or till heated through.
