Spinach Casserole

Ingredients
  Frozen chopped spinach package 20 Ounce, cooked, drained (2 Packages)
  Margarine 1⁄4 Pound
  Bacon grease 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, finely cut
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Heat margarine and grease, add onion and garlic.
Fry until soft, add flour and brown.
Add salt and pepper, spinach and milk to moisten spinach, don't get too wet.
Let come to boil for few minutes.
Fry and chop fine a few strips of bacon till it is crisp, crumble few handfuls corn flakes and mix with bacon.
Put spinach in casserole, spread bacon mixture on top and heat thoroughly in moderate to hot oven (about 15 to 30 minutes).
