|Whole kernel corn||5 Cup (80 tbs) (Fresh Or Canned)|
|Tomatoes||8 , sliced|
|Soft bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Saute onion and peppers in butter until brown.
Add meat, break it up with fork, and cook for a few minutes, or until meat loses red color.
Season with salt and pepper.
In two 2-quart casseroles, arrange layers of half the corn, meat, and tomatoes.
Cover with crumbs.
Bake in preheated moderate oven (350°F.) for 35 minutes.
Makes 8 to 10 generous servings.
