Corn Chips & Turkey Casserole
|Semi condensed cream of mushroom soup||3 3⁄4 Ounce (1/2 Can)|
|Instant minced onion||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cut up cooked turkey||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Crushed corn chips||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1 Tablespoon|
Mix soup, milk, onion and pepper in 2-cup measure [4-cup measure].
Cover tightly and microwave on high (550 watts) 1 min; stir.
Cover tightly and microwave until hot and bubbly, 30 to 60 sec longer [1 1/2 to 2 1/2 min longer].
Stir in turkey.
Place corn chips in 12-oz casserole [22-oz casserole]; spoon turkey mixture over top.
Microwave uncovered on high (550 watts) until hot and bubbly, 1 1/2 to 3 min [3 to 5 min].
Sprinkle with cheese.
