RICE LENTIL CASSEROLE
|Cooked rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cooked onions||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cooked lentils||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Tomatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
n a greased oven dish, place players of the ingredients starting with the onions.
Use either sliced onions or the small pickling onions.
Finish with a layer of tomatoes sprinkled with a liberal layer of grated cheese.
Dot with butter.
Bake in a moderate oven until heated through and the cheese is well browned.
