Pork Sausage Casserole
|Wide noodles||8 Ounce, boiled, drained; run water over to separate (1 Package)|
|Pork sausage||1 Pound, brown and cut in 1 inch pieces|
|Tomatoes||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Diced green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Diced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Onions||2 Medium, sliced thin|
|Grated american cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Arrange layers of sausage, noodles, celery, onion and cheese in buttered casserole.
Pour tomato mixture over, cover with buttered cracker crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. (I use more pork sausage than 1 lb.
for 8 oz. of noodles.)
