Pork Sausage Casserole

Ingredients
  Wide noodles 8 Ounce, boiled, drained; run water over to separate (1 Package)
  Pork sausage 1 Pound, brown and cut in 1 inch pieces
  Tomatoes 1 Can (10 oz)
  Salt 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Diced green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Diced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onions 2 Medium, sliced thin
  Grated american cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Arrange layers of sausage, noodles, celery, onion and cheese in buttered casserole.
Pour tomato mixture over, cover with buttered cracker crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. (I use more pork sausage than 1 lb.
for 8 oz. of noodles.)
