Rice Casserole

Ingredients
  Oleo 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Stick)
  Finely chopped onion 1
  Raw rice 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Beef consomme 2 Can (20 oz)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Lea and perrins 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Pepper red 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Melt oleo and wilt onion in it.
Add all ingredients and put into greased casserole.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Quick and easy.
Serves 6 to 8.
