Tuna Rice Casserole
|Canned tuna||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Tuna||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Raisins||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Use Enough To Make Medium Sauce)|
|Flour||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Curry powder||1 Tablespoon|
Brown the chopped onion in 3 T.butter.
Add flour, curry powder, salt and pepper, and enough milk to make a medium sauce.
Stir well and add tuna.
Add raisins to rice and cook rice and raisins according to directions.
Place rice on platter and cover with tuna and sauce.
Garnish with parsley.
