POTATO CASSEROLE ( 2 )
|Boiled potatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Tomatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|White sauce||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Buttered bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cumin seed||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Make the white sauce, not too thick.
Slice the boiled potatoes thickly and lay in a greased oven dish.
Fry the sliced tomato in oil with 1/2 tspn, cumin seed if the dish is to have that little extra flavour.
Place on top of potatoes, pour the sauce over, cover with breadcrumbs and cheese and bake at 350Â°F.
