POTATO CASSEROLE ( 2 )

Ingredients
  Boiled potatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  White sauce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Buttered bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cumin seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Make the white sauce, not too thick.
Slice the boiled potatoes thickly and lay in a greased oven dish.
Fry the sliced tomato in oil with 1/2 tspn, cumin seed if the dish is to have that little extra flavour.
Place on top of potatoes, pour the sauce over, cover with breadcrumbs and cheese and bake at 350°F.
until golden.
