Ingredients
  Eggs 3 , well beaten
  Cottage cheese 8 Ounce (1 Small Carton)
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Frozen spinach 10 Ounce, thaw before using (1 Package)
Directions

Mix all together and bake in a casserole at 350 degrees for one hour.
Before baking, top with 1/4 lb.
Cheddar cheese, cut in pieces.
