Mashed Potato Casserole

Ingredients
  Potatoes 10 Medium, peeled
  Sour cream 8 Ounce (1 Carton)
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce (1 Package)
  Margarine stick 1
  Chives 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Cook, drain, and mash potatoes.
Beat cream cheese until smooth with electric mixer.
Add remaining ingredients, except paprika; stir just to combine.
Put in buttered 2-quart casserole and refrigerate overnight.
Next day, sprinkle with paprika and bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees, just long enough to heat through.
