|Frozen artichokes||18 Ounce (Two 9 Ounce Package)|
|Artichoke liquid||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , slightly beaten|
|Bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Grated swiss cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cook artichokes as directed on package.
Make white sauce; add the egg and one-half of cheese.
Place artichokes in casserole (1 1/2 qt.); pour sauce over them.
Sprinkle bread crumbs and remaining cheese on top.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 450° for 15 minutes.
